Our practice is dedicated to helping our patients identify the cause of their pain and creating a custom treatment program that will allow them to return to normal activities pain-free.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your first visit to Integrative Physical Therapy will include a thorough assessment of your condition and the drawing up of your recommended program of treatment.
- At that time, you will normally also receive your first physical therapy treatment.
- Please allow for 1 hour for your initial visit, and after that an hour for each additional visit.
- Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the injured area.
- Bring with you a list of any prescription medications you take, as well as over-the-counter medications you use regularly.
- We also encourage you to write down any questions you have in advance of your visit, so that we can be sure to discuss your areas of concern.
- If possible, please take the time prior to your first visit to print the forms on this page, complete them and bring them with you.
